Looking FOrward: 2018 Trend report


2017 was a year of breakneck change in just about every industry. Brands shifted, sectors were disrupted, and entire new categories were created. As a highly specialized agency focused on the intersection of culinary and culture, we spent a lot of time thinking about how we could leverage this change to our, and to our clients, advantage.

It's this thinking that spurred the development of our first annual culinary culture trendreport. We crafted our report with the goal of translating these complex, changing dynamics into actionable insights. We were able to do this because we are not an agency surrounding culinary culture, but rather a collection of people living, shaping, breathing and eating culinary culture 24/7.
